CA Audit Manager

As an Audit Manager at BD Bansal & Co. in Ludhiana, you will be responsible for leading and executing Statutory Audits and Tax Audits for clients across diverse industries. You will collaborate closely with partners and clients to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of audit services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end Statutory Audits and Tax Audits. - Review financial statements in compliance with accounting and auditing standards. - Ensure adherence to Income Tax, GST, and other regulatory requirements. - Strategize audit processes, assign tasks, and mentor junior team members. - Communicate effectively with clients to obtain necessary data, clarification, and finalize audits. - Identify control gaps and offer actionable recommendations. - Prepare comprehensive audit reports, working papers, and documentation.
