Job Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping, Payroll Management- Finalization of Annual Reports including Auditor’s Report & CARO, - Balance Sheet, and the Profit and Loss A/C report in consonance with applicable accounting standards and various requirements under company law.- Preparation & Filling of monthly/quarterly/annual returns, GST computations & returns, Income tax returns, TDS returns, etc.- Registration of businesses under different acts such as GST, Income Tax, PAN/TAN, IEC Code & Icegate, PF/ESI etc.- Assist in conducting audits – GST, Statutory & Tax audits, internal audits, etc.- ROC Compliance comprising of Annual Filings, Incorporation of Companies/LLPs, winding up of Companies/LLPs, Filing of Resolutions with the Registrar, Changes in particulars of Directors/Partners, registered office of the companies, Statutory Auditors and Name change of the companies, DIN KYC etc.- Preparation of Monthly Information System for helping management in effective decision making.
Eligibility:
- Must have cleared at least C.A CPT/Foundation and/or C.A IPCC- Must be willing to work from office
