CA Article Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a CA Article Assistant with strong hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate must have completed CA Inter and should bring a minimum of 4 years’ experience in core accounting. Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory, along with expertise in GST filing and statutory compliance. This role offers practical exposure to taxation, audits, and financial reporting — ideal for candidates preparing for their CA Final while gaining advanced professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (journal entries, reconciliations, ledgers).
• Prepare & maintain financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets.
• Handle GST filing, TDS, Income Tax returns, and compliance activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings in line with regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal & external audits.
• Operate Tally ERP (mandatory) and other accounting software.
• Track cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Provide financial analysis and MIS reporting to management.
• Support audit preparation and finalization of accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting & finance.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory).
• Proficiency in GST, TDS, statutory compliance.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel & accounting tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in finalization of accounts.
• Exposure to tax assessments & audits.
• Strong communication & organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
