Software Engineer Lead Location: Bangalore Experience: 12+ Years Job Mode: Full time Work Mode: Hybrid Job Summary As a Software Engineer Lead, you will oversee a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve project goals. Responsibilities and Duties Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that meet business requirements. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and priorities. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines across all development activities. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner. Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the overall technical strategy. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Strong expertise in software engineering principles, including design patterns and algorithms. Hands-on lead, with extensive experience developing and maintaining C++ applications. Extensive working experience on Codec frameworks. Extensive working experience on Audio software development using C++. Analyze and resolve performance issues in C++ programs, with regards to CPU load/latency. Integration work, requiring experience with higher level C++ APIs.
