Your strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and passion for mentoring and guiding team members will be crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC). - Develop and implement software applications following coding standards and best practices. - Develop plugins for Adobe InDesign for Windows & MacOS-X. - Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to standards. - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to improve their coding skills. - Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve code issues and bugs. - Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their growth and development. - Share knowledge and expertise on InDesign development practices. - Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. - Analyze and solve complex technical problems related to InDesign development. - Identify and implement solutions to optimize application performance and user experience. - Provide regular progress updates to the reporting manager and stakeholders. - Assist in project planning, estimation, and tracking. - Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and reports. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers. - Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews. - Foster a positive and productive team environment. **Desired Skills And Experience:** - Proven working experience of 3+ years in C++ technology on C++/VC++/MFC/STL. - Knowledge of COM, Design Patterns, Adobe InDesign SDK development. - Familiarity with XML, XPath, XSD, XSLT, and Javascript/Applescript. - Experience working in an AGILE environment. - Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Bamboo for automatic build processes. - Proficiency in multithreading and understanding of database concepts, including hands-on experience in SQL and relational databases. - Basic understanding of web development concepts like HTML, CSS, and Javascript. - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. - Effective communication for understanding requirements clearly and collaborating effectively with the team. - Team management skills and a commitment to continuous learning to stay updated with the latest updates in the C++ ecosystem. **Requirements:** - Masters/Graduate degree in computer science or related field.
