Job Description

Hiring for Buying-Footwear

Years of Experience : 6 to 8 Years

Location : Kurla, Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end buying process for the
Sports Footwear category
across retail store formats (EBOs).
Define seasonal product strategies in line with consumer trends, brand positioning, and business targets.
Liaise closely with
International sports brands
for range selection, product launches, and stock planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
brand partners
for exclusive launches, promotions, and joint business planning.
Collaborate with the
planning and allocation team
to ensure timely replenishment and optimal stock availability at stores.
Monitor sell-through, category performance, and competitor activities; take corrective actions to meet targets.
Drive visual merchandising coordination for new season launches and key promotions in stores.
Ensure cost negotiation, margin planning, and OTB control to achieve profitability and inventory efficiency.
coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, retail ops, VM).

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of
sports footwear.
Proficient in buying lifecycle, brand management.
Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
