We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Buyer to support our FMCG sourcing operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, track stock movement, and ensure timely replenishment to maintain high warehouse availability and service levels.
Coordinate closely with brands and vendors for timely order placement and fulfillment.
Monitor and ensure smooth stock movement and warehouse connections. Track deliveries, resolve delays, and manage vendor TAT effectively. Work with warehouse & planning teams to maintain required inventory levels. Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and vendor onboarding. Maintain procurement data, reports, and dashboards on MS Excel.We hope you have..
Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). Excellent communication, stakeholder management & vendor negotiation skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
