Buyer Casting , Forging & Machining

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing Metallic Casting, Forging, Machining & Hardware parts in accordance with the local/global strategy to ensure competitiveness, reliability, and sustainability. As a Buyer, you will be in charge of sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services necessary for the company's operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. This role will involve managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with internal departments to meet operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the RFQ process, present Pre-RFQ, Commercial negotiation, and recommendation in the global sourcing table according to defined DoA to establish business contracts - Lead annual cost negotiations - Engage key stakeholders, both global & domestic, in developing a collaborative strategic sourcing plan for commodity - Monitor, manage, and address the risks of the supply base in delivery, finance & capacity - Develop a Lean supply chain to manage demand volatility and requirements - Work on new product part development as per project cost and timeline Qualifications Required: - Essential experience and skills: - 12-14 years of experience in the Construction Equipment industry preferred - Held positions in direct purchasing/sourcing in a matrix environment - Preferred Qualifications: - Education/Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE) Additional Information: At CNH, you will find dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
