Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Butler, located at Raffles Jaipur. The Butler will provide personalized, intuitive service to guests, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations. Key responsibilities include attending to guest needs, coordinating personalized experiences, maintaining guest privacy and confidentiality, and liaising with various departments to deliver impeccable service. The Butler will also manage guest check-ins and check-outs, assist with dining and activity arrangements, and maintain familiarity with the hotel's services and local offerings to recommend tailored experiences.
