Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, attending industry events, and creating strategies to increase business growth. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and lead generation
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Market research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
