Job role
We are seeking a motivated and results oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth, build relationships, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present products or services to prospective clients and tailor solutions based on their needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment problem solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with lead generation strategies and sales funnels.
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
