Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for onboarding schools, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to schools and present Ezyschooling’s solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers.
• Generate leads and follow up via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Understand client requirements and pitch customized solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com or relevant field preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Basic understanding of EdTech or school ecosystem is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
