Ability to establish strong client relationshipAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersAbility to work well in a teamDetail orientationAdaptable and flexibleIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problemsTypically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and proceduresThe person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goalsPrimary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leadsGenerally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within AccentureThe person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignmentsDecisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teamsIndividual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within AccenturePlease note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:
conduct E-E assessments of the business area leveraging enterprise data process deep dives to identify opportunity area for improvementsDesign and create new solutions to the area of opportunity leveraging various optimization methodsThe person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goalsWhile being an active partner in formulating the strategy, this role is responsible for the execution of strategy formulated by superiorsPrimary upward interaction is with direct supervisorGenerally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within AccentureAccountable for the business value delivery at the aligned portfolio levelThe person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignmentsIndividual would manage medium-small sized Individual contributors and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within AccenturePrior experience in using Minitab/ JMP is preferredPlease note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
