What You’ll Do

• Partner with pharma clients to transform complex

  supply chain

  manufacturing

  processes through datadriven solutions.
• Lead

  data engineering

  and solution design using

  Databricks

  PySpark

  , and cloud environments (

  AWS / Azure

  ).
• Build and integrate robust APIs (

  FastAPI / Node.js

  ) to enable scalable data and system connectivity.
• Deploy

  Gen AI

  and advanced analytics for forecasting, quality, and cost optimization.
• Integrate data from

  ERP

  ,

  MES

  , and

  LIMS

  to enable endtoend visibility.
• Manage delivery using

  Agile / Scrum

  , with tools like

  JIRA

  and

  Confluence

  .
• Lead and mentor crossfunctional project teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.

MustHave Skills

• 7-9 years of experience in

  backend engineering

  or

  technology consulting

  .
• Strong expertise with

  Databricks

  ,

  PySpark

  ,

  SQL

  , and

  cloud data pipelines

  .
• Experience developing APIs (

  FastAPI / Node.js

  ) and integrating enterprise systems.
• Background in

  pharma supply chain

  or

  manufacturing technology

  .
• Familiarity with

  Scrum / Agile

  frameworks and collaboration tools (

  JIRA, Confluence

  ).
• Excellent communication, problemsolving, and leadership skills.
• Exposure to

  Generative AI

  prompt engineering

  in realworld use cases.
• Understanding of
