Job Description

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - OneStream

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled OneStream Analyst with 5+ years of experience in both administration and technical implementation of the OneStream platform. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with core OneStream modules, and the communication skills to interface directly with senior finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain metadata and dimensions, manage access/security, develop Cube Views, and Dashboard support for components such as Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, and Task Manager.
Build and support Data integrations, Workflows, Business Rules, and Transformation Rules.
Support Financial processes: Consolidation, Intercompany Eliminations, and Cash Flow.
Partner with Finance leadership to understand requirements and translate into technical solutions.
Provide training, documentation, and end-user support.

Requirements

Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of OneStream experience (Admin + Technical).
Solid understanding of accounting and financial consolidation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

Experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions.
CPA or similar credential (nice to have).
Background in enterprise performance management (EPM) systems.
