Role & responsibilities

Business System Analyst:

Support and maintain Invoice Merc and AS400 (Business Systems and Data).
Partner with Corporate Back Office teams across Inventory, Finance, and related functions.
Provide analysis, configuration, and support for home-grown .NET applications and Quickbase applications.
Act as administrator for multiple applications, collaborating with stakeholders for day-to-day management.
Drive enhancements, issue resolution, and configuration changes to ensure smooth business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver improvements.
