As a Business Support Senior Representative at NTTDATA Services, you will utilize your deep knowledge and hands-on experience in automation and Power Platform based solutions to play a key role in developing and implementing automation / Power Platform solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. - Assisting in the development of improvements in procedures/solutions for automating manual procedures. - Demonstrating the capability to self-learn new technologies within a 6-week timeframe. - Developing, troubleshooting, debugging, and modifying custom solutions to align with the provided design. - Understanding a business process and conceptualizing it as an automated solution. - Assisting the Project Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the custom solution. - Ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. - Designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. - Demonstrating an aptitude for problem-solving with logical thinking ability. - Possessing technical writing, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Having good verbal/written communication skills. - Being flexible with working hours, as the role may require working in UK or US shifts depending on project and business requirements. **Essential Skills:** - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Selenium, Visual Basics, D3, JavaScript (AngularJS, NodeJS), R, HTML, and SQL. - Experience in data modeling and integration using Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL. - Knowledge of Power Automate Business logics and workflow Automation. - Familiarity with SharePoint APIs and SDKs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Web Services, Rest API Integration, Web Part development, and SharePoint Workflow development. - Strong communication and critical thinking skills. - Experience in Power Apps Development including Canvas and Model-driven apps. **Desirable Skills:** - Expertise in User Interface design and development (UX/UI) using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, etc. - Understanding of SharePoint Security and Permissions. - Ability to work with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. - Knowledge of Cloud Computing platforms like AWS and Azure.
