As a BUSINESS SUPPORT SENIOR REP. at NTTDATA Services, you will utilize your deep knowledge and hands-on experience in automation and Power Platform based solutions to play a key role in developing and implementing solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project leads to adhere to provided designs and deliver robust solutions within specified timelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, developers, and project managers, will be crucial to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, contributing to the development of automated procedures, and self-learning new technologies within a specified timeframe. You will be involved in debugging, troubleshooting, and modifying custom solutions to align with design specifications. Understanding business processes and translating them into automated solutions will be a part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will support Project Managers in ensuring the smooth delivery of custom solutions, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and security. Designing and implementing high-performance applications, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and offering technical solutions will be essential aspects of your role. Your problem-solving skills, logical thinking ability, technical writing proficiency, and decision-making capabilities will be put to good use in this position. You should have expertise in programming languages such as Python, Selenium, Visual Basics, D3, JavaScript (AngularJS, NodeJS), R, HTML, SQL, data modeling and integration tools like Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and Power Automate Business logics. Proficiency in SharePoint APIs and SDKs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Web Services, Rest API Integration, Web Part development, and SharePoint Workflow development is required. Strong communication, critical thinking skills, and experience in Power Apps Development (Canvas and Model driven apps) are essential. Desirable skills for this role include User Interface design and development (UX/UI) using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, expertise in SharePoint Security and Permissions, data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and familiarity with Cloud Computing platforms such as AWS, Azure. Being flexible with working hours and capable of working in UK or US shifts as per project and business requirements is mandatory.,
