Administrative & Operations Coordinator

Work Hours:

finish work early and have the rest of the day free

• Manage administrative duties: documentation, filing & record-keeping.
• Support basic accounting tasks: invoicing, payments & financial reporting.
• Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
• Coordinate operations by liaising with installers, suppliers & internal teams.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures & accurate records.
• Assist management with ad-hoc tasks to keep things running smoothly.
  

• Strong communication skills (written & spoken English).
• Proficiency in Excel & familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Quick learner with a

  problem-solving mindset

• Experience with accounting software (Zoho / Xero) is a bonus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Previous overseas exposure or working with international teams is an advantage.
