Business Support Executive

Role Overview: Hogarth Worldwide, Chennai is seeking a Business Support Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will provide support to Group Account Directors across different geographies. Your responsibilities will include finance support and admin support. Key Responsibilities: - Finance Support: - Gather client ad-hoc, quarterly, and special projects staffing requirements and create estimates using client-specific templates. - Update estimates based on timesheets for invoicing purposes. - Validate and consolidate freelance invoices, out-of-pocket expenses, and prepare them for invoicing. - Maintain invoice trackers and assist in validating data in finance/timesheet reporting system. - Admin Support: - Manage timesheets by creating and activating projects in alignment with estimates. - Create and update user accounts based on staff tracker information. - Send Welcome emails to new joiners. - Staff Tracking: Maintain staff information in tracking sheets, updating with any team changes to ensure accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in offering administrative support to global stakeholders. - Proficiency in data/information management. - Results-oriented and value-adding mindset. - Strong attention to detail. - Flexibility in working across multiple time zones. - Ability to maintain strong internal and external client relationships. - Emphasis on teamwork in development efforts. - Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive approach.
