• Handle service requests, record management of such requests, and ensuring TAT set by regulators and stakeholders.
• Effective use of CRM to maintain regular communication with branch clients through various channels such as telephone calls and meetings. • Engage in prospecting activities for new clients through methods including cold-calling, scheduling appointments, and seeking referrals. • Assist clients in account opening procedures and complete investment application forms as well as overseeing routine administrative tasks.
• Manage accounts including processing payments, collections of (AMC) fees, handling debtors, branch expenses, and conducting reconciliations.
