Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with global restaurant partners and support their business growth.
  
• Collect Google verification pins from takeaway owners.
  
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
  
• Promote new features and product enhancements to existing clients.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Suggest marketing and customer acquisition strategies to clients.
  

What Were Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of experience in international voice process (UK/US).
  
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  
• Analytical mindset with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  
• Knowledge of promotions and marketing is preferred.
  
• Prior experience in sales or upselling is an added advantage.
  
• Flexible with rotational shifts and week-offs.
