Business Sr. Lead Analyst

As a Business Sr. Lead Analyst, your role involves closely following the latest trends in the field and adapting them for application within the business. You will be among a small number of individuals providing expertise with excellent communication skills to negotiate internally and influence others. Your responsibilities include providing authoritative advice on business operations and managing staff issues within the team/project. Key Responsibilities: - Partner directly with decision management groups to analyze data and develop recommendations on strategic initiatives - Formulate and oversee cross-franchise initiatives and programs - Help manage executable strategies and establish best practices globally - Assist in financial control by understanding Profit and Loss complexities - Provide oversight of Business Critical Milestone Reporting process and other reporting processes - Work on communication strategy with Decision Management leaders and facilitate development of communication materials for senior management - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders - Prior work experience in analytics and/or strategy consulting - Ability to work effectively in a team of diverse skills Education: - Bachelors/University degree required, Masters degree preferred This job description provides a summary of the work performed.
