Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 12 years of experience to provide advice to Business or In-country Compliance teams on relevant Compliance/Regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Regulatory Engagement, Supervisory examination and audit management, and Regulatory Surveys and Information Requests.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide advice to Business or In-country Compliance teams on relevant Compliance/Regulatory matters.
Support Processes and Operational Activities related to Regulatory Engagement.
Manage Regulatory/Supervisory examinations and audits.
Engage with Internal/External auditors and conduct GIA, Assurance and External Consultant and Auditor Reviews.
Oversee Outsourcing governance for arrangements owned by CFCR.
Monitor and escalate risks.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Regulatory Engagement, Supervisory examination and audit management, and Regulatory Surveys and Information Requests.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively with Internal/External auditors and conduct GIA, Assurance and External Consultant and Auditor Reviews.
Experience in Outsourcing governance for arrangements owned by CFCR.
Strong understanding of Risk Monitoring and Escalation.
