Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a Priority Clients Acquisition Executive in the Retail Banking sector at Standard Chartered in Mumbai. Your main focus will be on achieving personal sales targets, acquiring new High-Value Segment (HVS) customer relationships, and fulfilling their needs related to Liabilities, Insurance, and Investments. Additionally, you will deepen these relationships by cross-selling various products. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve personal sales targets - Focus on acquiring new HVS customer relationships - Fulfill customer needs with respect to Liabilities, Insurance, and Investments - Cross-sell various products to deepen customer relationships - Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Money Laundering Prevention (MLP) & Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) diligently - Maintain zero tolerance for Fraud and Mis-selling - Attend training sessions to acquire knowledge and apply it to job functions - Adhere to all policies, guidelines, and procedures - Comply with local regulatory requirements - Report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager Qualifications: - Substantial experience in the banking industry, including success in a similar role - Sharp business and sales acumen - Excellent interpersonal skills - Multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity - Ability to work with geographically dispersed stakeholders - 2-3 years of relevant experience in CASA sales in the region About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank that has been making a positive difference for over 170 years.
