Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business/Functional/Application Consultant at RxLogix, a leading global Pharmacovigilance consulting firm, you will be involved in providing support for client/internal projects. Your responsibilities will include software product testing & validation, business process development, configuration & implementation of software applications. Key Responsibilities: - Provide business, functional, and technical support in various aspects of application testing & consulting services. - Conduct end-to-end system testing activities and author test scripts. - Utilize knowledge of Japanese language and understand application and business processes for translating into test scenarios. - Execute automation/manual test scripts and manage issues/bugs in the ticketing management system (JIRA). - Author business/functional requirements & improvements for software products and configure business process mappings for drug safety and pharmacovigilance clients in Japan. - Possess knowledge of SQL, testing methodologies, and RDBMS. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Tech, B.E./MCA/M.Sc. (Tech/Computer Science) or equivalent. - Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, Oracle Database, and SQL knowledge. - Japanese Language Certification (N3/N2) is preferred.
