Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research on client industries, coordinating with internal teams for the latest updates, and presenting proposals to clients to secure deals. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the BD team to follow up on leads and gather detailed customer requirements. - Develop customized RFPs, proposals, and quotes aligning with client needs and business objectives. - Conduct research to create compelling narratives positioning our platform as the ideal solution. - Coordinate with marketing, product, and tech teams to incorporate updates and industry trends. - Present proposals to clients, address questions, and refine proposals for deal closure. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposal drafts, and deal progress. - Refine proposal strategies based on feedback and market trends to improve conversion rates. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. - Proven experience in proposal writing, business development, or related roles in gaming, tech, or entertainment. - Strong understanding of gaming and immersive experiences market. - Exceptional communication skills in crafting persuasive client-focused proposals. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple proposals and deadlines. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Office communication tools. - Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently and in a team.
