Business Processes Senior Consultant - SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Modules

As a SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Consultant at SAP, you will work independently as part of multi-cultural teams to deliver SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions to customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing business process consulting in recruiting and onboarding areas - Leading multi-cultural teams in delivering SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions - Understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions - Guiding customers on SAP Best Practices for quick wins - Working in a remote delivery model - Conducting feasibility studies and solution reviews - Supporting pre-sales activities - Leading requirement gathering workshops and trainings - Implementing industry/corporate processes across applications - Assuring quality of process models - Acting as a coach for colleagues - Leading customer stakeholders in their digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP Solution portfolio - Performing business blueprinting, configuration/customizing, testing, and training consulting Qualifications required for this role: - 1-3 years of application consulting experience - Knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Solutions - Certification in at least one SuccessFactors Recruiting module - 2-3 end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding modules - Consulting services experience for implementation of SAP SuccessFactors products - Good knowledge of HR business processes - Strong communication skills - Knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solution (preferable) - Understanding of industry-specific business processes - SF Integration knowledge is a plus SAP's Human Experience Management (HXM) Practice within SAP Solution Delivery Centre helps customers in their HR digital transformation journey.
