Job Description

As a SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Consultant at SAP, you will work independently as part of multi-cultural teams to deliver SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions to customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing business process consulting in recruiting and onboarding areas - Leading multi-cultural teams in delivering SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions - Understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions - Guiding customers on SAP Best Practices for quick wins - Working in a remote delivery model - Conducting feasibility studies and solution reviews - Supporting pre-sales activities - Leading requirement gathering workshops and trainings - Implementing industry/corporate processes across applications - Assuring quality of process models - Acting as a coach for colleagues - Leading customer stakeholders in their digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP Solution portfolio - Performing business blueprinting, configuration/customizing, testing, and training consulting Qualifications required for this role: - 1-3 years of application consulting experience - Knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Solutions - Certification in at least one SuccessFactors Recruiting module - 2-3 end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding modules - Consulting services experience for implementation of SAP SuccessFactors products - Good knowledge of HR business processes - Strong communication skills - Knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solution (preferable) - Understanding of industry-specific business processes - SF Integration knowledge is a plus SAP's Human Experience Management (HXM) Practice within SAP Solution Delivery Centre helps customers in their HR digital transformation journey. The team works on implementation projects, advisory services, and solution architecting mainly through remote delivery.
