Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end operational process transformation projects, overseeing all phases from initial assessment through to implementation, utilizing PDCA methodology Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform in-depth analysis of existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using a data-driven approach Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including workflow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support process clarity and consistency Monitor project schedules and provide timely progress reports to senior management, leveraging strong presentation skills to communicate project status and outcomes Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of process improvements across the organization Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of implemented changes, making necessary adjustments to optimize process performance Competencies / Skills Technical / Functional Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query, Macros, Charts), MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Power BI, and Python Experience with project management and monitoring tools such as Jira Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, particularly Lean principles and manufacturing processes Excellent data management and analytical skills Effective multitasking and coordination abilities Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Consultative mindset with excellent diagnostic capabilities Behavioral Team player with strong networking and stakeholder management skills Proactive approach in taking initiatives and driving results
