Role & responsibilities

This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise in GBS setup, functional transformation, shared services migration, and process optimization to drive large-scale transformation programs.

 Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, innovative solution design, and market expansion initiatives.

Manager (GBS-GCC Advisory) 

  • Can work independently with minimal oversight while driving high-impact projects.
  • Have experience in leading consulting engagements across multiple industries and global markets. 

This role can be based in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon) or Bengaluru, with potential. We are seeking candidates flexible to travel on short notice (domestically or internationally). Travel requirement is still developing but could vary between 25-50% time to the client site.

Experience Required:

  • 9+ years of experience in GBS, shared services, or consulting, focusing on GCC/GBS/Shared services transformation, transition, and process reengineering.

 • Led shared services setup and transition projects, including location assessments, workforce planning, and migration execution. • Hands-on experience in operating model implementation, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, process optimization, and governance setup. 

  • Worked across multiple corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal), supporting business transformation and shared services expansion.

 • Experience in financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and FTE sizing for GCC/GBS feasibility studies. 

  • Managed service delivery transformation projects, including outsourcing vendor selection and contract management. 
  • Strong project and program management skills, leading large-scale process improvement and automation initiatives. 
  • Worked with senior stakeholders to design KPIs, SLAs, and governance mechanisms for GBS service management. 
  • Worked with automation and digital enablers (RPA, AI, process mining, analytics tools) to streamline GBS operations (experience with tools like Celonis, UiPath, BlackLine, or similar is a plus). 

Key Skills Required:

  • Project Management & Execution: Ability to manage assigned workstreams of a largescale GCC/GBS projects from planning to implementation. 
  • Process Improvement & Standardization: Experience in functional process optimization, SLA development, and benchmarking. 
  • Stakeholder & Client Collaboration: Strong communication skills for engaging with senior executives and functional leaders.
  • Transition & Change Management: Expertise in shared services setup, workforce transition, and knowledge transfer frameworks.
  • Data & Financial Analysis: Ability to evaluate business cases, financial models, and cost reduction opportunities
