Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:As a Business Process Designer, your typical day involves analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows to ensure optimal efficiency. You will engage with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose actionable solutions. Collaboration with business users is key, as you will work together to define detailed product requirements and use cases. Additionally, you will design continuous monitoring systems and feedback collection methods to facilitate ongoing process refinement, ensuring that the workflows remain effective and aligned with business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Develop process documentation and visual representations to communicate workflows effectively.

  • Must To Have
    Skills:
  • Proficiency in Selenium.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow optimization techniques.
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
