Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes to create documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, and ensuring that the designed processes align with business objectives. You will also engage in user and task analysis, representing business needs effectively to ensure that the solutions developed are practical and beneficial for the organization. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business requirements and technological solutions, ensuring a seamless integration of new processes into existing frameworks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine business requirements. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines new processes and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Servicing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to create detailed process documentation and use cases. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Asset Servicing. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
