You will engage in discussions that shape the future of business operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotives. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with business process modeling tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automotives. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
