Job Description

As a Business Process Architect at our Pune office, you will be responsible for leading business process design initiatives as subject matter expert (SME). Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, facilitating workshops and meetings to drive key decisions, and developing detailed process documentation and use cases. Additionally, you will provide solutions across teams and ensure alignment with business needs. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. Experience in A&D Commercial Aerospace is considered a good-to-have skill. Key Responsibilities: - Act as SME and lead business process design initiatives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. - Facilitate workshops/meetings and drive key decisions. - Develop detailed process documentation and use cases. - Provide solutions across teams and ensure alignment with business needs.
