Business Process Architect

Project Role Description :

Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to fulfill both process and functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring that the designs are well understood and aligned with the overall business objectives. You will also work closely with the Application Architect to develop a comprehensive process blueprint, which will serve as a foundation for application requirements and metrics. Additionally, you will participate in quality management reviews to ensure that all business and design requirements are met effectively, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
