This role supports business partnering initiatives by preparing executive-level presentations, assisting
in transition tracking, conducting workshops, and leveraging automation and analytics tools to drive
operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a strong
communicator.
* Executive Deck Preparation
* Create impactful presentations for leadership and business partnering meetings.
* Collate, review, and finalize content from multiple stakeholders across areas and
front lines
*Assist in tracking transitions and scope harmonization across units.
• Maintain project plans and status trackers to support initiative coordination
*Organize and conduct workshops focused on governance, process optimization, and
automation opportunities
* Capture learnings and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
* Automation & Workflow Optimization
*Use Power Automate to streamline task routing and reduce manual effort
* Support automation initiatives such as invoice submission and service billing workflows
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking, project portfolios, and
financial analytics
• Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to standardize reporting and enhance
dashboard usability.
• Support dashboard development and data preparation for Power BI.
• Provide updates via email, Teams, and governance meetings
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, preparing executive decks, Power
Automate, Power BI, supporting leadership
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint
• Basic project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
