Type: Commission-Based, Full-Time (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST)

Compensation: Commission Only (First 3 Months Probation); Post-Proof-of-Performance Benefits

About the Role:

We are looking for proactive, self-driven, and committed individuals to join us as Business Partners / Financial Planners. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity offering a rewarding structure for professionals keen on selling financial products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, Stock Market Investments, Loans, and Real Estate Products.

Responsibilities:

- Daily lead generation through calls, referrals, and digital outreach.

- Execute marketing activities including webinars, content promotion, and networking.

- Sales closures and consistent revenue generation from financial product portfolios.

- Provide investment advisory services to clients based on financial needs.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (SEBI, IRDAI, RBI).

- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

**Performance Metrics:**

- Generate a minimum number of qualified leads weekly.

- Conduct and report on marketing activities monthly.

- Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Ensure 100% compliance adherence and documentation.

**Requirements:**

- Must have a Laptop/Desktop, stable internet/broadband, and smartphone.

- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
