Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies pertaining to the personal loans business - Implement and manage Digital Lending guidelines with partners, such as listing Groww Credit on partner websites and vice versa - Cultivate and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Act as the primary liaison between lending partners and various internal cross-functional teams to facilitate timely project delivery and execution Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in mutual fund operations, product operations, or business operations - Proficient in understanding different Loan Management System (LMS) constructs and ability to collaborate with partners to define processes - Strong organizational skills and effective stakeholder management capabilities - Excellent communication skills encompassing verbal, written, and presentation abilities - Proficiency in tracking methodologies - Self-motivated individual with a focus on execution and a sense of urgency We believe in radical customer centricity, ownership-driven culture, simplicity, long-term vision, and complete transparency as the pillars of our foundation at Groww.
