Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies in the personal loans business. - Execute Digital Lending guidelines with partners, such as listing Groww Credit on partner websites and vice versa. - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Act as a key liaison between lending partners and internal cross-functional stakeholders for project execution. Qualification Required: - Experience in MF operations, product operations, or business operations. - Strong understanding of LMS constructs and the ability to define processes with partners. - Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. - Proficiency in tracking methodologies. - Highly driven individual with a focus on execution and a sense of urgency.,
