Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to manage

day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth business processes. The ideal candidate

should have strong MS Excel skills, expertise in Vendor coordination & experience in

invoice as well as inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage vendor onboarding, negotiations, and performance

● Track and maintain optimal inventory levels; coordinate demand forecasts

● Review and process invoices; coordinate with finance on payments

● Maintain accurate records and generate operational reports

● Identify areas for process improvement and support SOP documentation

Requirements:

● Proficiency in MS Excel

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
