Your Responsibilities

• E-commerce & Q-Commerce:

  Manage and optimize listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Jio Mart.

• Sales Analytics:

  Generate weekly sales reports, track SKU performance, and use

  MS Excel

  to identify growth opportunities.

• Inventory Coordination:

  Generate stock requirement reports to ensure factory production matches digital demand.

• Marketing & Strategy:

  Draft social media strategies and collaborate with influencers to build brand authority.

• B2B Outreach:

  Scout for new offline/online distributors and partner with "Online Kirana" stores across India.

• Market Research:

  Identify export opportunities and relevant edible oil exhibitions/trade stalls.

What We Are Looking For

1. Communication:

   Strong, fluent English with the confidence to communicate with stakeholders.

2. Platform Interest:

   A genuine interest in Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, and the Quick Commerce landscape.

3. Excel Skills:

   Proficiency in MS Excel for data reporting and inventory management.

4. The "Hunger" Factor:

   An extreme

   eagerness to learn

   and a proactive "owner" mindset.

5. Tech-Forward:

   Knowledge of

   AI tools

   for productivity or content is a major plus.

6. Respect for Legacy:

   Eagerness to learn how a traditional 70-year-old business operates.

Stipend & Perks

• Structure:

  First 2 months are unpaid (Learning & Strategy phase). Stipend for the next 2 months is decided based on performance.
