IBY is looking for a Business Operations Associate to support our growing company. In this role, youll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our internal operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will play a key role in our day-to-day success and long-term growth.

Were I Will Bank You (IBY) not your typical real estate company. We are introducing a new, more efficient way to buy and sell real estate in the U.S. We’re disrupting an outdated, overpriced industry with transparency, technology, and a bold mission: To give power back to buyers and sellers.

We help people skip agents, save thousands of dollars, and take control of their real estate journey — all while avoiding scams, bad deals, and unnecessary fees.

Now, we need a Business Operations Associate to help us with the day-to-day business operation tasks — ensuring that every moving part works flawlessly and our team feels supported and motivated.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage daily business operations with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to streamline workflows and solve operational challenges.
  • Own and oversee key administrative functions, including:
    • Documenting critical processes
    • Recruitment and onboarding
    • Employee records management
    • Payroll and accounting
    • Accounts receivable
    • Property management
    • Tax preparation
    • Invoicing and expense tracking
    • Software license management
    • Customer outreach
  • Train and support new team members to ensure a smooth and productive onboarding experience. 
  • Maintain clear, friendly, and timely communication across the team.
  • Leverage AI to boost your productivity.

Requirements:

  • Intelligent and quick to learn new concepts.
  • No prior experience required — we’ll train the right person.
  • Strong verbal communication skills; must be able to speak English clearly and communicate effectively with management, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong ability to understand and create processes, along with clear documentation to improve company efficiency
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for structure and efficiency.
  • Comfortable managing multiple business functions independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills; able to find solutions and complete tasks accurately and on time.
  • Self-motivated and productive — able to get work done without the need for constant supervision or micromanagement.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Proactive and thoughtful critical thinker who can anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly.
  • Naturally inclined to coach, mentor, and help others succeed.
