Craft sequences that take people from Whats this?” to “Wow, I need this”. Break down complex ideas into bite-sized moments that anyone can understand and feel and no one wants to skip. Requirements: You’re a brilliant storyteller with the mind of a strategist. You love making people laugh — not with slapstick, but with smart , well-timed humor. You know how to drop the perfect meme to turn “dry” into “damn, that was clever”. You understand dopamine-driven storytelling — and how to keep people coming back for the next hit. You’re obsessed with human psychology, content that performs, and stories that connect. You get emotions + logic — and know when to use each. You know when to hit the heart and when to hit the brain. Other Responsibilities: Plan, structure, storyboard, and script high-performing shorts and reels. Guide the design direction for visuals (graphics) and thumbnails. Create & manage engaging content for social media. Interact with our community — viewers, customers, followers. Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to develop compelling, accurate, and engaging content for videos. Lead team meetings. Help build and conduct internal training materials. What You'll Do: Edit videos for YouTube, social media, marketing campaigns, and internal projects (long-form & short-form). Turn raw ideas, scripts, or recorded material into compelling, polished content. Leverage AI to be more productive and produce higher-quality content. Add captions, text overlays, sound effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement. Collaborate with our creative and storytelling team to bring scripts to life. Maintain consistency in brand style, tone, and storytelling across all content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Optimize long-form YouTube videos for multiple platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.). Stay updated on editing trends, social media styles, and best practices. Requirements: Strong video editing skills with proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, Filmora, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong eye for detail, pacing, storytelling, and editing for emotion and retention. Proactive, resourceful, and able to bring creative ideas to the table. Comfortable with technology, new software, and Artificial Intelligence tools. No prior professional experience requiredas long as you are talented and can do the work. Understanding of social media trends, YouTube best practices, and modern video aesthetics. Intelligent and quick to learn new concepts. Strong verbal communication skills; must be able to speak English clearly and communicate effectively with management and team members.
