Business Operations Associate

Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Associate who can ensure smooth execution of back-office processes, investment transactions, and client servicing workflows. You’ll be the bridge between our advisory and execution teams, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and a best-in-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle day-to-day investment operations across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and other financial products.- Manage client onboarding, KYC, and documentation processes.- Coordinate with AMCs, R&T agents, and internal advisors for trade execution and query resolution. Maintain accurate client investment records and MIS reports.- Support the wealth team in portfolio tracking and operational automation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, mutual fund operations, or financial services preferred.- Proficient in Excel, with a knack for data accuracy and process efficiency.- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.- A proactive learner who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
