Business Manager Sales and Design

As a Business Manager - Sales & Design at Casantro, you will play a key role in managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. Your responsibilities will include understanding requirements quickly and defining solutions, managing design SOP efficiently, ensuring the productivity and work output of the design team, and leading sales & design discussions. Your focus will be on customer experience, relationship management, and driving conversations to closure with a go-getter attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and provide timely solutions - Manage design SOP and find efficient solutions - Ensure the productivity and work output of a team of 6 to 10 designers - Lead sales & design discussions to drive successful project outcomes - Train designers on technical details when necessary Qualifications: - Bachelor's qualification preferably in B.Arch., B.
