Job Summary We have an opportunity for the role of a Business Manager in area of realty based services.(MBA graduate preferred) Skills, Experience, Qualifications: Mandatory Linguistic skills : English (Read, Write, Speak), Kannada (Read, Speak). Mandatory Qualification : Graduate (without gaps in Education), Knowledge in areas of Customer Services, performed supervisory and managerial role for a minimum of 2 years, with total career experience of 8 years (without major career gaps). Work with management to monitor and manage various followups, interactions with various realty and other associated stakeholders. Manage emails and its responses timely, maintain all communication records, tracking, update various trackers. Collaborate and conduct follow-up with internal and external stakeholders on various business actions, tasks / constant followups. collaborate closely with staff members every day to monitor and for timely delivery / task completion of action items, identify any potential areas for improvement. Perform Reporting functions as per directive. Exposure to corporate environment / culture. Must possess Good Communication, Negotiation, Organisational and Interpersonal skills. Possess demonstrated knowledge of Planning, Networking, Problem Solving, creative skills. Able to Multitask, Prioritize, manage Time & Team effectively. proficient in use of MS Office suite, CRM and similar tools to a reasonable extent.
