Business Manager Interior Design

As a dynamic Business Manager joining the Interior Design Sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their design needs, and converting them into successful projects. Collaboration with the design team to present proposals, negotiate, and close deals while fostering long-term client relationships will be a key aspect of your role. - Identify and convert leads for residential interiors. - Meet clients, understand requirements, and pitch design solutions. - Collaborate with designers to prepare proposals & quotations. - Support negotiations, deal closures & achieve sales targets. - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project handover. As a potential candidate, we are looking for the following qualifications: - Graduate in Interior Design/Architecture. - 4+ years of experience in sales (interior design/modular furniture preferred). - Excellent communication & presentation skills. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and client-focused.
