Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative at Beep, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients for the platform. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, building relationships with prospective clients, and scheduling meetings for the Sales team. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for driving growth in a SaaS environment. Your ability to identify opportunities and engage clients with a consultative approach will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify potential client companies in target industries such as HR, recruitment, and tech. - Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting methods like cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. - Maintain a high level of daily activity to consistently meet or exceed targets for calls, emails, and outreach. - Engage with leads to understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and assess fit for the platform. - Educate potential clients about the value of the SaaS recruitment platform and how it can streamline their hiring process. - Set up and schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team to advance the sales process. - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through personalized follow-ups and timely engagement. - Use consultative selling techniques to understand clients" challenges and position the platform as a solution. - Keep leads informed about platform features, use cases, and benefits. - Collaborate with the Sales team to develop outreach strategies and share insights from prospecting activities. - Work closely with Marketing to ensure messaging alignment and leverage campaign content for outreach. - Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and engagement trends to refine targeting and strategies. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value propositions clearly. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to engaging prospects. - Goal-oriented with a proactive learning approach and adaptability to new sales techniques. - High attention to detail and excellent time-management skills for prioritizing and managing outreach activities. - Persistence, resilience, and comfort with outbound prospecting, including cold calling.,
