Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead sales and operations for our Chemicals and Aggregates product lines in the Mumbai region. The role will be responsible for driving business growth, client relationships and operational efficiency, ensuring strong market presence in one of India s most dynamic construction hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volumes and market share.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors and infrastructure companies.
Oversee vendor management, sourcing, and cost optimization.
Provide regular performance updates and business plans to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Engineering / Business / Supply Chain
5 10 years experience in construction materials (chemicals, aggregates or allied sectors) with proven business management exposure.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and client relationship skills.
Deep knowledge of Mumbai s construction ecosystem and strong industry network.
