Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Management Interns (Business Development). This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who wish to build a career in sales, client acquisition, and business development.

Selected candidates will undergo structured training in:

• Sales and negotiation techniques
• Client relationship management
• Market research and lead generation
• Presentation and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Development team in client acquisition and lead generation.
• Conduct market research and explore new business opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and field visits.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work towards achieving sales and business targets under guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, business/marketing preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Traveling is mandatory (local and outstation as required).
